Changli has great long-term value, will improve with age. Hopefully though she gets a pheonix echo 😭 Inferno Rider too ugly, not thematically a good idea. She's so pretty, but it's so ugly. Will galbrena be in ss tier in TOA after quiyuan's appearence, but i cant picture her performing as good as the older meta dps's in Whimpering wastes.
Galbrena as SS tier for whimpering wastes is certainly a placement...
While Prydwen admitted they were wrong and LingYang went from T3 to T1.5 in a few updates, this website still provides with a lot of misinformation, S0 LingYang is a stronger DPS than S6 Jianxin, yet the placement is so wrong, probably people who made it just don't like LingYang.
