Talk to Etsehon in Upper Kurast

Unlock the Scout's Honor quest by talking to Etsehon in Upper Kurast, Nahantu. Etsehon is standing by a pillar southwest of the World Tier Statue.

Search for the Kurast Scouts
Follow the quest marker to The Overhang by heading west. When you arrive, head to the southwest corner of the quest area and speak to Keunin.
Defeat the Infected Scout
Defeat the Infected Scout that jumps in and speak to Keunin again who will ask you to end his suffering.
Return to Etsehon
Return to Etsehon in Upper Kurast to conclude the side quest and claim your rewards.
