Idol From Below

Idol From BelowIdol From Below You gain 6% primary stat, 6% maximum life and you are always Unhindered. However, you will be hunted in Sanctuary's darkest places by Jewel Guardians who were entombed to protect this relic.

Idol From Below provides a great damage increase for all builds and is compatible with any class due to its increase to your primary stat. It also grants maximum life and unhindered giving you more defense and utility for very little drawbacks.

Alternative Jewels for Damage

Gem Effects
Scornful LightScornful Light You deal 20% and take 10% more Elemental damage.
Myriad StoneMyriad Stone After you cast your Catalyst Skill, if it is an Ultimate, gain 30% Attack Speed for 10 seconds.
WillbreakerWillbreaker Physical damage you deal shatters enemies' spirits, causing them to take 40%[x] more Physical damage for 6 seconds. This effect applies when first damaging a Boss or Elite, or when they are affected by Crowd Control.

These Horadric Jewels increase the damage of your builds and provide great alternative. However, these jewels have harder conditions to match.

Horadric Crest

Horadric CrestHoradric Crest For each Arcana from a unique School you have equipped, gain 5% Damage Reduction and 1% Maximum Resistance to All Elements.

Horadric Crest is the best Horadric Jewel for most builds, scaling exceptionally well into the late game. While it offers only defensive stats, it provides Flat Damage Reduction and Elemental Resistance that benefit all builds when pushing higher Torment Tiers.

Alternative Defensive Jewel

Gem Effects
Seal of DenialSeal of Denial While you have two or more Arcana from the School of Denial equipped, gain 30% more Barrier, Fortify and Thorns.

Seal of Denial provides a good defensive bonus for builds that can consistently generate or benefit from Barrier or Fortify and can be a good defensive Horadric Jewel alternative.

Luminate Eye

Gem Effects
Luminate EyeLuminate Eye Your Catalyst Skill gains 25% Cooldown Reduction.

Luminate is good if you're using Catalysts that have long cooldowns. Using this Horadric Jewel is extremely helpful for proccing your Arcana effects more often.
