Witchcraft Powers are primarily unlocked by progressing the Seasonal Questline. These favors are primarily earned by completing Tree of Whisper quests and participating in Headhunts to hunt Headrotten and earning Restless Rot.

Unlike the three primary schools of Witchcraft Powers, the Lost Powers are unknown powers even to the Coven. To earn these powers, you'll need to explore the dungeons of Sanctuary and located these Altars to earn a chance of learning Hex Specialization.
