Aura of Lament is an equippable Psyche Witchcraft Power in Diablo 4's (D4) Season 7 content, Season of the Witch. Read on to see Aura of Lament's effect, its rank up effect and level requirement, and how to get Aura of Lament.

| Effect | When you first strike an enemy, it is afflicted with an Aura of Lament that Slows it and other nearby enemies by 70%. For each enemy inside Aura of Lament, you gain 3 Primary Resource each second. If the initial enemy dies, Aura of Lament is passed onto another nearby enemy retaining the duration. Lasts X seconds. Only 1 enemy may be afflicted at a time. May only occur every 30 seconds.

Witchcraft Powers are primarily unlocked by progressing the Seasonal Questline. These favors are primarily earned by completing Tree of Whisper quests and participating in Headhunts to hunt Headrotten and earning Restless Rot.
Season 7 Questline Walkthrough
To earn Aura of Lament, you'll need to upgrade the Psyche Altar located beneath the Tree of Whispers. Once you've progressed the seasonal questline to unlock the Witchcraft Power, simply head to the necessary altar to obtain Aura of Lament.
How to Complete the Tree of Whispers
Aura of Lament is unlocked at the Altar of Witchcraft when you reach Coven Favor Rank 3. Coven Favor is increased by completing Whispers.
