Slay Akna

Slay Akna

Follow the quest marker and interact with the Abandoned Shrine on the northeast side of the area. Speak to Akna and you'll be presented with two options.

If you choose the first option, which is to give Akna credit, you will face him as Akna the Starved. Otherwise, you will fight him as Akna the Satiated, a much stronger version of himself.

Either way, you only need to defeat him to complete the side quest.
