How to Get Lightning Bolt

Obtained From Vaults

Lightning Bolt can be looted inside Vault runs in Kehjistan. Take note that Governing Stones have low drop rates in Vaults.

Crafted From Shattered Stones

Lightning Bolt can be crafted using Shattered Stones looted from constructs inside Vault runs. Simply head to the Jeweller in any city hub with enough Shattered Stones to craft this Governing Stone.

Obtained From Arcane Tremors

Lightning Bolt can be drop from enemies during Arcane Tremors across Sanctuary. Take note that these generally have low drop rates.

Chance to Drop from Season Journey Caches

D4 Season 3 - Season Journey Reward Cache
Lightning Bolt has a chance to drop when opening Season 3 Journey Reward Caches. These can be acquired by completing the required number of challenges per chapter of the Seasonal Journey.
