Effects
Lucky Hit: Up to a 44% chance to inflict Vampiric Curse on enemies. Enemies with the Vampiric Curse have a 15% chance to spread it to other surrounding enemies. Accursed Souls deal 200% increased damage.

All values under the Vampiric Power effect shown above are upgraded to their Maximum Level (Level 3).

Acquire From The Hunter's Acclaim

The Hunter's Acclaim Board in Ked Bardu

Accursed Touch is unlocked via reaching Tier 9 in Diablo 4 (D4)'s Season 2 mechanic, Hunter's Acclaim. To acquire Accursed Touch, players must participate in the Blood Harvest by heading to Blood Harvest zones and accrue points in order to increase their Hunter's Acclaim Tier levels.
