Ravening Pit and Dindai Hollow are the best tunnel to farm Hearts and XP due to easy access to Elites with hearts at the start. The presence of these Elites is extremely good since they always drop Hearts and give huge XP. On top of that, this tunnel also has relatively short layouts and Slay All Enemies objective which guarantees that you will receive the best amount of XP!

The most efficient way to farm experience is to finish the part of the tunnel until you get the completion notification, go out to reset it, and then complete it once again. Rinse and repeat until you reach your target level or desired Heart drops!

Note that you can skip capturing Malignant Hearts if you want to focus on experience gain, but this is not advisable as gathering Hearts for Ichors will benefit you in the long run.
