Craft an Uncertain Invoker

The only way to craft a Wrathful Invoker is by crafting an Uncertain Invoker, which has a 15% chance of resulting in a Wrathful Invoker. This was confirmed in the Wrathful Invoker Hotfix on August 9, 2023.

Uncertain Invoker Crafting Requirements

Drops from Elites

Wrathful Invokers can drop from Elites. When leveling in Nightmare Dungeons or Malignant Tunnels, be sure to watch out for Invoker drops from any Elite enemy you kill.

Craft Uncertain Hearts

If you're only looking for Malignant Hearts, it's more efficient to simply craft Uncertain Hearts instead of Uncertain Invokers as they cost less and does not require you to run Malignant Tunnels.

When to Use a Wrathful Invoker

Save it for Endgame

If you get a Wrathful Invoker, it's best to save it for when you have a complete build and reach World Tier 4. The power of the Wrathful Heart you get will be based on your current level, so using it early on will make the Wrathful Heart you receive less useful in the long term.

What are Wrathful Invokers?

Used on Wrathful Outgrowths to Get Wrathful Hearts

Upon reaching the end of a Malignant Tunnel, players will encounter two Outgrowths, one of which may be a Wrathful Outgrowth.

If a Wrathful Invoker is used on a Wrathful Outgrowth, they will battle a Malignant enemy, which will yield a Wrathful Heart upon defeat.

Rarest Type of Invoker

Wrathful Hearts are the rarest and most powerful type of Malignant Heart and can be used on any Malignant Socket. The reason for their rarity is in part that Wrathful Invokers are so rare to drop.
