The Elemental Heart is a Mount Trophy that can be obtained by completing the Trophy Hunter Challenge in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on for a preview of the Elemental Heart in-game, as well as info on how to get it and how to equip it.

The Elemental Heart mount trophy can be acquired by completing the Trophy Hunter Challenge. This challenge requires the player to search for and defeat a list of rare elite enemies scattered all over the map of Diablo 4.
To use the Elemental Heart on your mount, simply head over to the Stable Master NPC and navigate to the Mount Trophy Tab. Once there, select the Elemental Heart from the menu to quickly equip it on your mount.
If you still do not have access to mounts, you will need to complete the Acts 1-3 of the main story. Upon starting Act 4, you will receive a Priority Quest from Donan where he gifts you a mount that unlocks Diablo 4's mount feature.
