On February 24, 2021, CD Projekt Red announced on Twitter that it will be delaying the release of Patch 1.2 until the second half of March 2021. The patch was originally scheduled to drop in February 2021, but the developer cites its recent cyber attack as the major reason for the delay.
These patches are cited to be larger than the previous 1.02 to 1.06 patches, and are stated to “fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles.” Notably, this is the first time the word “Patch” has been used as opposed to “Hotfix”.
It hasn't been confirmed by CD Projekt Red what will be specifically included in Patch 1.2. We'll update this page with the complete Patch Notes as soon as they are confirmed.
Be sure to leave a comment if you have found official confirmation of the 1.2 Patch Notes!
Based on the official announcement from CD Projekt Red, it's expected that the upcoming patches will focus mostly on Playstation and Xbox bugs and issues.
As the last currently-announced patch for the game, we're hoping that 1.2 will add some finishing touches to bring Cyberpunk 2077 closer to the final product fans have been expecting.
If there's an issue you want fixed immediately, share it with other users on our list and board below to let your voice be heard by the community.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
If I fail or cancel out of an access point, the mini-game will not load up, you'll just get the jack in/Jack out animations but the mini-game will no longer appear.
