On a regular Mathmeck Deck, the usual combo would need Primathmech Alembertian and ending with Primathmech Laplacian. However, Link Decks cannot access Xyz Monsters entirely.
This would mean players would have to skip that and go straight into an aggressive play into either an Update Jammer-buffed Accesscode Talker, or a Firewall Dragon Darkfluid - Neo Tempest Terahertz end board.

The loss of Salamangreat Miragestallio can hurt the Deck's consistency for combos, but that does not diminish its Link Monster potency by any means. It can access lines that go into Raging Phoenix, and Promethean Princess can revive itself from the GY just to pop cards.
This Deck is a great way to practice Cyberse combo lines for Salamangreat, without having to rely on the Xyz monsters to get crucial cards on hand.

Marincess somehow remains unaffected at all. Usually in events, when there are Link-centric Decks this archetype usually gets hit with restrictions, like Marincess Blue Tang and Marincess Springirl being Limited.
In this event, the Marincess Deck are at full power. It's a great time to play this Deck, especially with going first being able to negate effects a lot.

Crusadia has not been in the meta for a considerable amount of time, with more and more powerful archetypes arriving in Master Duel. Still, this Deck can steal wins out of nowhere, with unexpected firepower from Crusadia Equimax and Mekk-Knight Crusadia Avramax.
This Deck can very much win games out of the surprise factor, especially when players have not fought against a Crusadia Deck for the longest time.

A Scareclaw Deck usually has more variety with the Extra Deck, with Xyz and Synchro mosnters because of Visas Starfrost and the presence of Level 3 and Level 4 monsters. Here, they can go all in on Link Monsters, and they are not usually affected by Scareclaw Tri-Heart's effect that forces all monsters in Defense Position.
It's a good event to practice using Link Monsters in a Scareclaw Deck.
