There are a total of 6 new Uniques introduced in Diablo 4 (D4) Season 3 update. Read on to see a list of all new season 3 Uniques and learn how to get them!

Effect: Damaging enemies with a Non–Basic Skill cast marks them for 3 seconds. When a Basic Skill first hits a marked enemy, the Basic Skill's damage is echoed to all marked enemies, dealing 100 - 200% increased damage. Drops: Varshan, Lord Zir, Beast in Ice, Andariel, Urivar, Harbinger of Hatred |
 Ring of the Ravenous
(Ring) |
Effect: Rend’s duration is increased by 4 - 8 seconds. Damaging enemies with your Brawling Skills applies 2 stacks of Rend's Bleed. This can only affect eacj ememy once every 1 second. Drops: Grigoire, Beast in Ice, Urivar, Harbinger of Hatred |
 Unsung Ascetic's Wraps
(Gloves) |
Effect: Lightning Storm gains 1 additional strike each time it grows. Lightning Storm Critical Strikes cause lightning to strike twice, dealing 10 - 40% increased damage. Drops: Beast in Ice |
 Mutilator Plate
(Chest Armor) |
Effect: You are Blood Lanced, and when Blood Lance would deal damage to you, it instead Fortifies you for 1 - 4% of your Maximum Life and has a 10% chance to form a Blood Orb. Blood Lance deals 10 - 40% increased damage. Drops: Lord Zir, Duriel, Beast in Ice |
 Beastfall Boots
(Boots) |
Effect: When you cast an Ultimate skill, your next Core Skill consumes all of your Energy and deals 0.25 - 0.75% increased damage per Energy consumed. Using a Cooldown restores 25 energy. Drops: Beast in Ice |
 Starfall Coronet
(Helm) |
Effect: Meteor's Mana cost is replaced with a 10 - 3 second Cooldown and 3 total Charges. Casting Meteor drops 3 additional Meteors around the target. Its Enchantment and Enhancement drop 1 additional Meteor instead. Drops: Varshan, Duriel, Beast in Ice, Urivar |
How to Get Season 3 Uniques
Hunt the Beast in the Ice
You can target farm these new uniques by defeating the infamous Beast In The Ice. This challenging boss can be fought in World Tier 4 by crafting and using a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil. Albeit still random, the Beast in the Ice offers the highest chance to get these new uniques.

The Beast in the Ice Location and Unique Drops
Open Helltide Chests
You also have a high chance of obtaining these new Uniques by opening Helltide Chests. Make sure to target chests that are the same piece as the equipment you're looking for to have as high a chance as possible!
Helltide Timer, Time Schedule and Event Guide
Complete Nightmare Dungeons
The monsters you fight along the dungeon and the items you receive at completion also have a good chance of dropping these new uniques. Target Tier 30 and above Nightmare Dungeons in order to have a chance to get Distilled Fear, which is a crucial material to fight the Beast in the Ice.
