Effect Electrically charge an enemy causing it to deal damage to themselves and additional enemies each second over time. If the enemy is killed, Tempest spreads to another enemy gaining additional time and bonus damage. These bonuses are also applied if Tempest is reapplied onto the same enemy.

How to Get Tempest

Obtained From Vaults

Tempest can be looted inside Vault runs in Kehjistan. Take note that Governing Stones have low drop rates in Vaults.

Crafted From Shattered Stones

Tempest can be crafted using Shattered Stones looted from constructs inside Vault runs. Simply head to the Jeweller in any city hub with enough Shattered Stones to craft this Governing Stone.

Obtained From Arcane Tremors

Tempest can be drop from enemies during Arcane Tremors across Sanctuary. Take note that these generally have low drop rates.

Chance to Drop from Season Journey Caches

D4 Season 3 - Season Journey Reward Cache
Tempest has a chance to drop when opening Season 3 Journey Reward Caches. These can be acquired by completing the required number of challenges per chapter of the Seasonal Journey.

Equip the Governing Stone on Your Seneschal Companion

Seneschal Companions have two slots available for Governing Stones. Simply slot Tempest inside one of them to gain access to its effects.

Can't craft stones at jeweler. Only random caches.
