Blighted Fragments is a rare material that you can use to redeem special rewards during the Midwinter Blight event in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on to learn on how to get Blighted Fragments and how to use Blighted Fragments to redeem Midwinter Blight event items and cosmetics!

Blightfiends are enemies located in the Fractured Peaks during the Midwinter Blight Event in Diablo 4, taking place from December 12th to January 2nd. The Midwinter Blight area is full with Blightfiends, and defeating them can give you Blighted Fragments.
Midwinter Blight Seasonal Event

Throughout the Midwinter Blight Event in Fractured Peaks, you will find Midwinter Blight-Themed World Events. These events consistently spawn multiple Blightfiends, providing an easy opportunity to farm Blighted Fragments.
Gilean's area have a dedicated workbench space where you can combine the Blighted Fragments with two other materials called the Red Cloaked Trophy and the Lost Heirlooms together to gain the Midwinter Event currency called Midwinter Proofs.
Midwinter Proofs are then used to redeem rewards from Gilean to get unique cosmetics, aspects, and even elixirs from Gilean!
