The Decaying Shaman's Skull is a Mount Trophy that can be obtained by completing the World Boss Slayer challenge in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on for a preview of the Decaying Shaman's Skull in-game, as well as info on how to get it and how to equip it.

The Decaying Shaman's Skull mount trophy can only be obtained by completing the World Boss Slayer challenge in Diablo 4. Defeat all 3 world bosses in the game at least once to complete this challenge and get the mount trophy.
World Boss Spawn Time Schedule
To use the Decaying Shaman's Skull on your mount, simply head over to the Stable Master NPC and navigate to the Mount Trophy Tab. Once there, select the Decaying Shaman's Skull from the menu to quickly equip it on your mount.
If you still do not have access to mounts, you will need to complete the Acts 1-3 of the main story. Upon starting Act 4, you will receive a Priority Quest from Donan where he gifts you a mount that unlocks Diablo 4's mount feature.
