Drops from Tree of Whispers Caches

The Elder Druid's Totem mount trophy is a random drop from Tree of Whispers caches. The only way to obtain this rare mount armor is to complete Grim Favors and obtain reward caches from the Tree of Whispers.

How to Equip the Elder Druid's Totem

Equip the Mount Trophy at the Stable Master

Elder Druid

To use the Elder Druid's Totem on your mount, simply head over to the Stable Master NPC and navigate to the Mount Trophy Tab. Once there, select the Elder Druid's Totem from the menu to quickly equip it on your mount.

Unlock Mounts by Completing the Priority Quest - Donan's Favor

If you still do not have access to mounts, you will need to complete the Acts 1-3 of the main story. Upon starting Act 4, you will receive a Priority Quest from Donan where he gifts you a mount that unlocks Diablo 4's mount feature.
