| 1 | Sir Cromwell can be found northeast of Kyovashad's east gate. Listen to his parting words to begin the side quest. |
| 2 |  Head to the Hollowed Ossuary dungeon, which is situated east of Kyovashad, and West of Malnok. |
| 3 | Slay Animus Carriers as you make your way through the Hollowed Ossuary. By slaying Animus Carriers, it becomes easier to find Lord Avitus as they are both displayed as skulls on your mini-map. |
