Each shop has a fixed pool of items which can show up, with some legendary items also purchasable at specific shops. If the Kiroshi Optics MK.3 is not present when visiting a shop, simply exit, use Skip Time to go 24 hours ahead, and repeat until Kiroshi Optics MK.3 is available.

In the crafting screen, would love to see a comparison between what I'm currently equipped with vs what I've selected to craft. In the Inventory screen, I have no idea where any extra weight is without going into each category (weapons, clothes, etc). Please add some sort of weight indicator next to each category so I know exactly where I seem to be overloaded. In the Map, please mark completed items (assault in progress, access points), grey out the icons or something similar?
Ran into the same problem with Iris not wanting to get in the van (in v1.31) but coerced her into doing it by backing the van up into her. She'll jump out of the way if you try to ram her, but backing up and bumping her teleports her to the side of the van, where she'll get in.
