How to Get Noc Rune

Available in the 2.0 PTR

Noc, along with other runes can be obtained as drops from enemies or from the Boost Vendor in Kyovashad in the PTR. Currently, runes can only be obtained in the 2.0 Public Test Realm (PTR) servers starting on September 6, 2024.
