Some players may encounter a bug where they cannot interact with the brazier to upgrade their Seneschal companions during the Drums of the Vault quest in Diablo 4 (D4) Season 3. Read on to learn how to fix this issue and progress through the quest.

How to Fix the Brazier (Seneschal Upgrade Bug)

Exit the Gatehall Using the Door

Diablo 4 - Exit Gatehall
Some players are unable to interact with the brazier during the Drums of the Vault quest in the Season 3 Questline. You can fix this issue by simply exiting The Gatehall using the door on the northwest side of the map or by using your town portal.

You can also try exiting the game completely and then logging back in to change the map instance. This works similarly to exiting to character select.
