Activate Sanguine Altars in Blood Harvests

Sanguine Altar
Activating Sanguine Altars during Blood Harvests to spawn Blood Seekers. Blood Seekers always spawn in pairs and activating Sanguine Altars is not an exception. Take note that activating Sanguine Altars require Blood Lures so be sure to prepare some Blood Lures before hand by defeating enemies in Blood Harvest zones.

Defeat Vampire Units in Blood Harvest Areas

One other way to spawn Blood Seekers is to defeat vampire units while in a Blood Harvest zone. Defeating a huge number of Vampire enemies will bring up a notification that the vampires are being aware of you. Hunting more will cause two Blood Seekers to hunt the player.

Blood Seekers are rare enemies that you can encounter when navigating Blood Harvests. They are elite enemies but they provide season 2 rewards such as Potent Blood and Seeker's Keys.
