After completing the first Capstone Dungeon and reaching World Tier 3, players will be able to find Scourge and other Glyphs as random drops throughout Sanctuary and apply them to Sockets in their Paragon Board.
Players can also upgrade any Glyph of their choice at the end of a Nightmare Dungeon, with the amount of XP gained for the Glyph dependent on the Tier of the Nightmare Dungeon.
