The Dark Banner is a Mount Trophy that can be obtained from Fractured Peaks World Event chests in Diablo 4 (D4). Read on for a preview of the Dark Banner in-game, as well as info on how to get it and how to equip it.

The easiest way to obtain the Dark Banner mount trophy is to complete World Events in Fractured Peaks. If you have the Tree of Whispers unlocked, follow the Grim Favor tracker for World Events in Fractured Peaks to quickly make your way from event to event within the region.
To use the Dark Banner on your mount, simply head over to the Stable Master NPC and navigate to the Mount Trophy Tab. Once there, select the Dark Banner from the menu to quickly equip it on your mount.
If you still do not have access to mounts, you will need to complete the Acts 1-3 of the main story. Upon starting Act 4, you will receive a Priority Quest from Donan where he gifts you a mount that unlocks Diablo 4's mount feature.
