Search the Searing Pools for the relic
When searching the Searing Pools, interact with the Mysterious Pot southwest of Sameera.

Perform the gesture spell on the relic
After unveiling the Malevolent Relic, interact with it to perform the gesture spell.

Diablo 4 Curious Curios - Rakhaan
Speak to Rakhaan
Fast travel to Fate's Retreat and talk to Rakhaan, who's found beside the waypoint. Talking to Rakhaan will complete the quest.
