Diablo 4 - Unobtainable as of Season 4: Loot Reborn

Paletongue has been removed from the game from earlier Seasonal updates, and was replaced by Bundled Herbs and Angelbreaths as general crafting materials for Elixirs.

The Elixir of Man-Slaying, which required Paletongues to craft, has also been removed from the game.
