The Battered Shipment drops from a random Scrapper enemy in Southern Expanse. Where we found it may differ from where you will find it.

You need to pick up the Battered Shipment item to begin the quest.

Late Shipment Walkthrough

Objective

Defeat a Scrapper cultist enemy in the Southern Expanse area of Kehjistan. One will drop the Battered Shipment randomly. Pick it up to begin the quest.

Diablo 4 Aih
Bring the Battered Shipment to Aih'Setal
Fast travel to the Gea Kul waypoint in Southern Expanse and talk to Aih'Setal inside the shops building to the north of the waypoint.

Diablo 4 Late Shipment Rewards
Returning the shipment to Aih'Setal will complete the quest and reward you with a Salvage Cache.
