Defeat Knight Penitent enemies in the Caldeum area of Kehjistan. One will drop the Iron Wolf Armor randomly. Pick it up to begin the quest.

Bring the Iron Wolf Armor to Barez
Head to the Imperial Library in Caldeum and talk to Barez.

Diablo 4 To Serve Again - Baz
Returning the armor to Barez will complete the quest and reward you with a Salvage Cache.
