Blood and Sweat is a side quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV). Read on to learn how to unlock Blood and Sweat, if there is a fix for the Blood and Sweat bug, all rewards, as well as a complete walkthrough.

To unlock Blood and Sweat, you need to first clear the Stronghold found in the Ruins of Qara-Yisu. Afterward, you'll be able to access the area where the Bloodstained letter is.

| 1 | After clearing the Stronghold in the Ruins of Qara-Yisu, interact with the Bloodstained letter on the ground a bit east of the Ruins of Qara-Yisu waypoint. |
| 2 |  Search for 'Little Tuya' Head a bit west to the blue area marked on your map. Interact with a Disturbed Stone in order to unearth a Crude Doll (and some enemies). Pick up the Crude Doll. |
| 3 |  Bring the Doll to Tuya Fast travel to Alzuuda. |
| 4 |  Head a bit north from the Waypoint and give the doll to Tuya. Doing so will complete the quest and reward you with a Salvage Cache. |
We experienced a possible bug where the Blood and Sweat quest wouldn't begin after interacting with the Bloodstained letter. Currently, there is no known fix for this bug, as restarting and abandoning the quest have not resolved the issue.
