Defeat a Shambling Corpse enemy in the Scarred Coast area of Dry Steppes. One will drop the Sealed Penitent's Cache randomly. Pick it up to begin the quest.

Harvest spirit energy from the undead
After picking up the Sealed Penitent's Cache, you have to defeat undead enemies within the blue area of Scarred Coast marked on the map. Enemies that drop spirit energy will be marked as red dots on the map.

Spirit energy from the undead is depicted in the form of a light blue flame. Simply pass over it to harvest the spirit energy.
