can someone explain this skill/ "lucky hit Chance;: Crit's have a chance to....." so deos this mean u have to lucky hit and crit on the same dmg hit??? cuz if its not and its Lucky hit THEN u can crit strike well therees no cooldown or length of tim eit lasts so it cant be that....

Yep, you have to have a Lucky Hit and Critical Strike on the same attack, and even then it's only an XX% chance. That seems pretty unlikely but if you have fairly high numbers and have it at rank 3, say for example, 40% Lucky Hit and a 30% Critical Hit, it will come up occasionally. =100% * (0.4) * (0.3) * (0.15) = 1.8% chance of proccing.
