After looting the different armor pieces of the Glorious Set from defeated enemies or opened chests, you can take them to a Blacksmith and unlock the transmog via Salvaging. Once salvaged, the armor set transmog will be shared by all of your account's characters.
Note: Salvaging an item for a transmog skin destroys the item. Weigh your options carefully especially if the equipment you plan to salvage has Legendary Aspects you want to keep for later.
You can wear Glorious Set and other character cosmetics by accessing your Wardrobe from the Character menu and equipping each piece in their respective tabs. Each item piece can also be further modified by applying pigment to change the color of your item sets.

Does anyone know where to get the glorious set after the difficulty changes. I heard someone saying it was tied to world tier 4, but now the game difficulties dont work like that, so now how do you get it?
