Diablo IV - Chain of Possession World View
Speak to Parin in Menestad to begin this side quest. He can be located along the same road as the Stables, southwest of the Armorer.
2 Diablo IV - Red Cellar Dungeon Entrance
After speaking to Parin, the nearby cellar entrance will unlock, allowing you to enter The Red Cellar.

Approach and defeat Magdalena.
4 Diablo IV - Chain of Possession Reward
Defeating Magdalena completes this quest, and auto-accepts the next sub quest in this questline, Legacy Unmade.
