Forgive Me is a side quest in Diablo 4 (Diablo IV). Read on to learn how to unlock Forgive Me, where to find the Bloodied Note, rewards, as well as a complete walkthrough.

Pick up the Bloodied Note after defeating the Elite Julek inside Kor Dragan Barracks.
To start the Forgive Me Side Quest, you need to head to Kor Dragan Barracks Dungeon, located in the very north of Fractured Peaks just east of Kor Dragan Stronghold. The Bloodied Note drops from Julek (Elite) after you beat him You don't actually have to complete the rest of this dungeon to continue the side quest. After picking up the Bloodied Note, you can leave the dungeon if you wish.

Make your way through Kor Dragan Barracks until you reach the Barrack Gate, which is locked. From here, head right down the steps. |
| 2 |  Clear out the next room, then continue heading east through the dungeon. The next area is a chapel-like room where you fight Julek (Elite). |

After beating Julek, pick up the Bloodied Note that he drops. |
| 4 |  Fast travel to Menestad in the west. |

Roza is located on a path in the northern part of town. Talk to her to complete the quest. |
