You have to purchase either the Digital Deluxe Edition or Ultimate Edition of Diablo 4 to get the Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor. This also means that it is not included in the Standard Edition of the game. You will receive the mount armor on the official launch day of Diablo 4, June 6th.
The Hellborn Carapace Mount Armor is a cosmetic mount armor that will change the appearance of your mount to look like an undead horse from hell. It can also help you look unique from other mounts. Although, it provides no stat benefits since it is a cosmetic item.
