How to Get the Sir John Phallustiff

Get in the Venus in Furs Quest

This ...weapon? Can be obtained by clearing the Venus in Furs quest in which you have a one night stand with Meredith Stout. To romance Meredith Stout, she will need to have won against Anthony Gilchrist in The Pickup. Grab the Sir John Phallustiff from the bed on the way out.

Note: In versions of the game where sexual content is censored, the Sir John Phallustiff will be replaced with an Electric Baton Alpha.

Get the Legendary Version via Crafting

After getting the Sir John Phallustiff from the Venus in Furs quest you will be able to craft the Epic and Legendary versions. Crafting will require the Grease Monkey Perk and the Edgerunner Artisan Perk as these allow you to craft Epic and Legendary weapons, respectively.
