Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - Bullet Deflect Perk IconBullet Deflect Bullet Deflect, as the name suggests, enables V to deflect bullets while they are holding a melee weapon.
Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - Finisher Blade Runner Perk IconFinisher: Blade Runner This perk gives melee users a finisher that instantly takes down an opponent on the spot.
Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty - Finisher Savage Sling Perk IconFinisher: Savage Sling The perk seems to focus more on stealth players where players can take down opponents and throws them on other enemies like a projectile.
