How to Get a 100 Combo

Spam R2 and Control Spells

Players can get away with spamming R2 while attempting to get this achievement since the combo meter counts Basic Casts as part of the combo. We recommend using Control spells as your main spells and reducing the use of Damage spells since the latter might finish the fight too quickly.

Spells such as Depulso and Descendo are great for this situation as they can stall and immobilize enemies without dealing any damage.

Use Protego or Dodge As Needed

Taking damage will cause you to lose your combo so make sure to always dodge or cast Protego when prompted. This ensures that you don't take any damage while keeping your current combo amount.

Find Stronger Enemies to Fight

In keeping with the method mentioned above, spamming R2 on enemies will eventually defeat them. For this achievement, you will want to fight enemies that can take damage well.

Seeking out Infamous Foes are ideal for this situation as they tend to be of higher levels and are more durable than more common enemies.

Raising Expectations Achievement

Raising Expectations Objective: Reach a combo of 100 Points: 20 XP

Upon reaching 100 on the combo meter, you will immediately unlock the Raising Expectations achievement. PlayStation users will receive a Bronze Trophy for getting this achievement.
