How to Unlock Rescuing Rococo and Location

During Search for the Final Keeper

You unlock Rescuing Rococo by completing the second part of the Prepare for your Search for the Final Keeper task, which includes the quests In the Shadow of the Estate and The Elf, the Nab-Sack, and the Loom.

Rescuing Rococo Walkthrough

Objectives

Rescuing Rococo World View
Speak with the vendor in Bainburgh.
Talk to Agnes Coffey, who runs a stall in Bainburgh.

Rescuing Rococo Step 2
Find Henrietta's Hideaway.
Henrietta's Hideaway is located at the southern tip of Manor Cape. The entrance is located at the southeastern corner. Sneak past the Ashwinder soldiers or use your broom to fly directly to the entryway.

Find Rococo
Inside Henrietta's Hideaway, there's a statue to the north. Light it with Incendio. It will then rotate to reveal a block. Use Accio to bring the block to the pedestal in the east.

Light up the block you brought over with fire using Incendio, then freeze the block beside it with Glacius. The door behind them will then open.

Head through the door and defeat the Ashwinders. Head up the staircase to the northeast. Head south through the second floor to a larger room with even more Ashwinders.

After defeating the Ashwinders, head to the wall underneath the staircase to the south. It will disappear when you approach it. Destroy the barrels by the staircase inside that room and a block will be uncovered. Use Wingardium Leviosa to bring the block back outside to the right pedestal facing the wall to the north.

In that same room, head up the stairs to the south then use Accio on the block on the opposite balcony to the north. Use Wingardium Leviosa to bring it to the left pedestal facing the wall to the north.

Use Wingardium Leviosa on the left block and Incendio on the right block to open up a new path from the north wall.

Use Revelio to locate Rococo the Niffler. Rescue Rococo using your nab-sack.

Return to Agnes Coffey.
Talk to Agnes, who's still at the stall you initially spoke to her in, to complete the quest.

Rescuing Rococo Tips and Strategies

Can Be Completed Simultaneously With 2 Other Quests

The 2 treasure map side quests The Hippogriff Marks the Spot and Solved by the Bell also require you to explore Henrietta's Hideaway. You can start Hippogriff at Poidsear Castle before entering, while Solved by the Bell begins when you find the Musical Map deeper within the hideaway.

You Can Earn Extra Gold

When returning Rococo to Agnes Coffey, you can select the For a fee. dialogue option to earn 300 Gold. If you don't select this option, you won't earn any Gold for completing the quest.
