How to Unlock
The High Keep is unlocked after completing In the Shadow of the Estate and learning Wingardium Leviosa during Professor Garlick's Assignment 1.

| Description | What an adventure! It began when I met Natty near some old castle ruins. She told me how she had followed Theophilus Harlow to the Hog's Head and noticed him reading a letter bearing Rookwood's collusion, so she followed Harlow to Falbarton Castle, where we saw that the poachers had captured Highwing and another Hippogriff. |
Unlocks Beast Mounts
Completing The High Keep quest unlocks Highwing as a rideable mount. If you pre-ordered the game, you will also receive the Onyx Hippogriff at the end, including the Thestral if you purchased the Deluxe version.
Additionally, you will be able to capture Beast Mounts with the nab-sack after completing this quest.

| 1 |  Meet Natty near Falbarton Castle Falbarton Castle is located on the easternmost side of Hogsmeade Valley. At night, you will find Natty waiting for you near the Floo Flame outside the castle. |
| 2 |  Move onward past the Floo Flame and turn right to the area past the gap on the bridge. |
| 2.1 |  Climb the wooden ledge and the other to reach the base of the marked battlement. |
| 2.2 |  Take a left and you will find a locked room with a spinner just outside. Cast Depulso on it to raise the small gate. |
| 2.3 |  You will find a crate inside the room that you can drag with Accio. Since you already learned Wingardium Leviosa, your Accio will automatically switch to it if you move around while holding the cast button. Place this crate at the base of the marked battlement. Then, return to the room where you found it for a Chest. |
| 2.4 |  Cast Levioso on the crate to make it float in place. Climb the crate while it's in midair to reach the opening on the battlement. |
| 3 |  Enter the Gatehouse Follow the path and go around (pass the wooden cover) until you see a small window at the back. Cast Accio on the crate that you see on the other end of the room to clear the path. |
| 3.1 |  Now go back to the wooden cover and destroy it so you can crawl into the room. |
| 4 |  Open the main gate In this room, you will find the mechanism that will open the main gate. Attached to it is another spinner—similar to the one you used Depulso on earlier. Cast Depulso twice on the spinner so the gate can fully open. |

| 5 | Follow Natty Follow Natty to the north wing of the castle for a cutscene. |
| 6 |  Get to the Roof Climb the ledges on your right and you will spot another crate inside a small room just across. Cast Depulso on the crate until it falls below then head down the lower level through the stairs on your right. |
| 6.1 |  Drag it with Accio and place it on the broken staircase segment. Once it's placed in the middle, cast Levioso so you can use it as a step to reach the next area. Enter the room on the left where the poacher exited from to find a small Chest. Continue following the path up, while dealing with the poachers you come across, until you reach a locked door. Unlock it with Alohomora on. Enter the room and climb the ledge on your right. |
| 6.2 |  Immediately upon reaching the top of the stairs, you will find a Lv.2 lock with two Chests behind it. Continue climbing the stairs until you find another locked door. |
| 6.3 |  The first room you'll find as you enter contains several Puffskeins and a Niffler. You can rescue all of them with your Nab-Sack. When you are ready, continue making your way to the roof. |
| 6.4 |  There's a small room just before you reach the roof that leads to another part of the castle. Break the wooden cover on the wall and cross the beam to reach another room with a Chest inside. Return to the main path and follow the stairs until you reach the roof, which triggers a cutscene. |
| 7 |  Follow Natty on Highwing Follow Natty to a clearing in Central Hogwarts Valley to complete the quest. You will unlock Beast Mounts, along with Highwing, upon reaching your destination. |
