How to Unlock
The Polyjuice Plot unlocks after talking to Niamh Fitzgerald during The Headmistress Speaks. You must also reach level 23 first to start the quest.

1. Speak to Professor Fig in His Office
Fast travel to the Professor Fig's Classroom Floo Flame of the Astronomy Tower region of Hogwarts Castle and talk to Professor Fig in his office.
2. Speak to Madam Kogawa About Scrope
Note:: Fast traveling through Floo Flames will be unavailable until you finish this quest.
Leave the room and follow the quest path. You can choose any dialogue option when you run into Professor Sharp on your way to Madam Kogawa.
Talk to Madam Kogawa on the bridge and choose either options again when prompted.
3. Learn the Password From Scrope
Make your way to the Great Hall for the password. You will meet Professor Weasley outside, who will ask "you" about your activities with Professor Fig.
After the conversation, head inside and learn the password from Scrope. When asked about the "Black family motto", answer It's to do with purity of blood, as the other two options are incorrect and will just bring you back to the same choices.
4. Hide as the Polyjuice Potion Wears Off
Head upstairs and follow the objective marker until you reach a room. Interact with the folding screen to complete the quest.
