Preload for early access of Hogwarts Legacy is available on Steam now!
Users on Xbox Series X and Series S are reporting that preload is now available and up for download. The file size for Xbox Series X is around 77 GB, while the Xbox Series S is roughly 50 GB.
How Many GB is Hogwarts Legacy?
Those who purchased the Deluxe Edition can start preloading the game on their PS5 on February 4th, 2023, which is also 72 hours before the early access start date.
Release Date, Time and Countdown
There have been reports of players having issues preloading Hogwarts Legacy such as the preload not completing the download. As of writing, there has been no acknowledgement from Hogwarts Legacy regarding these issues.
While waiting on an official announcement for a fix, players can try turning off their console then turning it back on. This is a tried and tested method for fixing general errors for computers.
Another possible fix is to restart your router or modem. The problem could be on the side of Hogwarts Legacy and a quick modem reboot could help with this problem.

According to WB Games Support Twitter reply, there will be preload for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. There hasn't been any official announcement regarding this but we can expect one soon.
PC players are able to preload Hogwarts Legacy on Steam. See below for instructions on how to preload the game.
There is still no confirmation of a preload for Epic Games, so at this point it is highly unlikely to be made available during early access.

| Step 4 | Wait for the game's release to play once the download finishes! |
