How to Solve Arrow Block Puzzle

Follow the Pattern and Stack Arrow Blocks

To solve puzzles involving stone blocks engraved with arrows, you need to stack the misplaced blocks in the correct space and fill in the spaces of the incomplete stack.

For Multiple Blocks, Copy Pattern from Other Set of Blocks

For block puzzles where you need to place multiple blocks, the answer is already presented in another stack of blocks in the room. All you need to do is copy the pattern of the arrows on the fully-stacked blocks, grab the misplaced blocks, and stack them in the correct spaces.

Take note that you need to insert the arrow block pointing in the same direction as the one from the pattern stack, or else you will not completely solve the puzzle.

For Single Blocks, Complete the Pattern

Hogwarts Legacy - Single Block Puzzle

For those that only require you to move a single block, you need to place the block that would complete the pattern of that particular set.

All the blocks will have arrows on them, so you only need to copy the row or column that has the same pattern within the set or base it off from the rest of the pattern.

Use Wingardium Leviosa

Hogwarts Legacy - Using Wingardium Leviosa

The spell to use in these puzzles is Wingardium Leviosa as you need to lift and rotate the block to mimic the pattern. Use your controller's directional pad or Q and E when using a keyboard to rotate the block.

Launching the block into the space with Depulso is certainly possible, but it is not at all recommended as it is difficult to accurately throw the block into the space. If you do not have access to Wingardium Leviosa, just take note of the location of the puzzle room and return once you get the spell.

Wingardium Leviosa is unlocked after completing Professor Garlick's Assignment 1.

Your solution for the arrow blocks doesn't work in the vault where only one block is movable.
