How to Fix Falling through World Bug
Avoid Running Close to the Wall
There are certain parts of game's world, particularly at the Great Hall in Hogwarts Castle, where you can fall through the game's world if you run close to the edges of the wall. Avoid running along these areas to prevent this bug from occuring.
Reload the Game
There are some cases wherein if you fall through the game's world, it causes your character to fall to their death. Select Retry or Load Game from the screen to restart from the previous save.
Use a Flying Mount to Fly Back Up
If you have a flying mount such as the broom, you can summon it to fly back up towards the normal game world. You can summon the flying mount while free falling to prevent yourself from falling to your death or getting stuck under the game's world.
In addition, you can also fast travel while on a broom allowing you to move to a different location.

Spam the Map Button
If you are currently stuck under the game's world, try repeatedly clicking the map button to force the game to open the map. This allows you to fast travel and spawn normally to the selected location.
Verify Integrity of Game Files
If you are playing the Steam version of the game, you can verify the integrity of the game's files to restore any corrupted data. See the table below for the step by step guide.

Falling through World Bug Explanation
No Collision Detection in Certain Areas
Some areas of the game's world may have faulty or no collision detection and this causes the bug to occur. This means that if your character walks or runs on these areas, the game treats the area not as a solid surface and causes your character to fall through it instead.
