You can get sorted in the Ravenclaw House by answering the House Quiz in Wizarding World, which you can access through your profile. Link it to your WB Games account to complete the process and use the result in the game.

Choose During the Sorting Ceremony

You can choose your House once you reach the Sorting Ceremony part of Hogwarts Legacy. You won't need to go to the Wizarding World site to get sorted, and you can wait for the game to release. However, using the Wizarding World will get you eligible for exclusive cosmetic rewards!

Ravenclaw Common Room

Ravenclaw Common Room is home to students who are wise, clever, and always seeking out new knowledge to add to their own. Ravenclaw Common Room has an open space design mixed with blue, white, and brown colors. This overall design symbolizes their open-mindedness and interest in discovering new things.

Amit Thakkar

Amit Thakkar is one of the characters you'll meet in the Ravenclaw House. Although not considered as one of the game's companions, he tags along in one of the main story quests.

Amit Thakkar aspires to be a wizarding historian. He also likes stargazing, which pushes him to get the best and latest telescope at hand.

Ravenclaw Uniform

You can get the Ravenclaw Uniform if you choose to be part of the Ravenclaw House! The Ravenclaw Uniform has a blue and bronze color and an Eagle emblem on the chest.

Famous Ravenclaws

Rowena Ravenclaw

Rowena Ravenclaw is the founder of the Ravenclaw House and thus named after her. She is famous for being the most brilliant witch of her time. However, she has now become a ghost after her death due to the tragedy with her daughter, Helena.

Filius Flitwick

Filius Flitwick is a half-human half-goblin character in the Harry Potter series. He was a Ravenclaw student during his younger years at Hogwarts. He eventually became a Charms professor and head of the Ravenclaw House sometime after graduating.

Gilderoy Lockhart

Gilderoy Lockhart was also part of the Ravenclaw House when he was still a student. He thinks of himself as smart, but it does not seem to be the case.

He became a professor at Hogwarts, but eventually, he left to hone his magic specialty, Memory Charms, and steal others' achievements by altering their memories.

Luna Lovegood

Luna Lovegood is a brilliant Ravenclaw Student and one of Harry Potter's friends in the series. She became part of Dumbledore's Army, led by Harry Potter, the main goal being to teach other students how to protect themselves against Dark Arts.

Does Choosing Ravenclaw Affect Gameplay?

Access to House Specific Quests

At some point in the main story quest, you will be tasked to find missing pages of the certain book related to a character named Richard Jackdaw. The quest will branch off into four different narratives, depending on the House you choose.

If you are in House Ravenclaw, you will have access to the Ollivander's Heirloom main story quest.

Can Only Enter Ravenclaw Common Room

You will only be able to enter the Ravenclaw Common Room if you were sorted into this House. The entrance of the other common rooms are present in Hogwarts Castle but you cannot enter inside.

Can You Enter Other Houses Common Rooms?

Can Only Wear the Uniform of Your Chosen House

Players can only wear the uniforms of their chosen Hogwarts House. This means that most of the House-related gear you can obtain will have a blue and bronze color representing House Ravenclaw.
