Attend History of Magic Class.
The History of Magic classroom can be found in North Hall of Hogwarts. The quest can only be started during the day, so Wait in the glowing circle to skip time.

Follow Professor Binns.
Follow Professor Binns' ghost, along with your other classmates, north to the Bell Tower entrance. Talk to Professor Binns when he stops.

Collect the Field Guide Page for Grimbald Weft.
The Field Guide Page for Grimbald Weft is located by the glass-encased skull with a hat immediately to your right when you head down the stairs. Use Revelio to uncover it.

Collect the Field Guide Page for Sir Affpuddle.
The Field Guide Page for Sir Affpuddle is located in the northeast corner of the room, in front of the statue of the knight without a weapon. It's officially labeled as the Waving Knight guide page.
