The side quest Brother's Keeper is unlocked upon your first time visiting Upper Hogsfield.

| 1 |  Dorothy Sprottle is located in her garden, just a bit north of the Upper Hogsfield Floo Flame fast travel point. Ask her about Bardolph Beaumont. |
| 1a | Note: If you're also in the middle of completing the side quest A Friend in Deed, the dialogue choice for that quest is the Sirona Ryan option. |
| 2 |  Fast travel to the North Ford Bog Entrance Floo Flame, then head east towards the den. You'll encounter a camp of Inferi, including Bardolph Beaumont's Corpse. Weaken it with Ancient Magic Throw. |
| 3 |  Head back to Upper Hogsfield but talk to Claire Beaumont instead. She's at her stall north of the Floo Flame. ▶︎ Should You Tell Claire Beaumont the Truth? |
| 3a | Decide whether to tell her the truth or lie, then the quest will end. |

Claire is heartbroken over both dialogue options and even has the exact same final line: "What more could I have done? Oh, Bardolph."
