Description Madam Kogawa has conjured a number of balloons around the Hogsmeade Station and the Quidditch pitch. She wants me to use my broom to reach and pop them.

Returning to Madam Kogawa after popping the specified balloons unlocks the Glacius Spell, a Control Spell that can freeze enemies in place and increases the damage they take from your next attack.
