Use Accio and Levioso

Equip Accio and Levioso on your spell slot. During a fight, use Accio on an enemy and then switch to another target and cast Levioso to keep two enemies airborne at the same time.

Turn off Camera-Relative Targeting in the Settings Menu

Hogwarts Legacy - Turn off Camera-Relative Targeting in the Settings Menu
By default, the game uses Camera-Relative Targeting which selects an active target based on the direction of the camera. Turn off this option in the Settings menu in order to use a traditional lock-on system.

Using a lock-on system makes it easier to change to another targeted enemy. Press the R3 button on the right joystick, then move it to the left or right to switch to a target.

Hogwarts Legacy - Use Upgraded Accio and Levioso
If you have extra Talent Points, you spend it on either Accio Mastery or Levioso Mastery. Both of these Talents allow you to keep three enemies airborne using just one spell.
